 Cold Dessert Recipe: Biscuit Cold Dessert


Ingredients:

- 200 grams of biscuits (any type you prefer)

- 500 grams of whipped cream

- 1 cup of milk

- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- Fresh fruits (such as strawberries, bananas, or berries) for topping (optional)


Instructions:

1. Crush the biscuits into small pieces using a food processor or by placing them in a resealable bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with powdered sugar and mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

4. Gradually add the milk to the whipped cream while continuing to whip until well combined.

5. Add the vanilla extract to the cream mixture and mix again.

6. Take serving glasses or bowls and layer the biscuit mixture at the bottom.

7. Pour a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits, ensuring it covers them completely.

8. Repeat the layers until the glasses or bowls are filled, ending with a layer of the cream mixture on top.

9. Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set.

10. Before serving, you can top the dessert with fresh fruits if desired.

Note: You can also get creative with this recipe by adding layers of chocolate sauce, caramel, or fruit preserves between the biscuit and cream layers for added flavor.
