For the grilled chicken sticks:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Skewers

For the fries:

- 4 large potatoes, cut into thick strips

- Vegetable oil for frying

- Salt to taste

For the salad:

- Mixed salad greens

- Cherry tomatoes, halved

- Cucumber, sliced

- Red onion, thinly sliced

- Dressing of your choice (such as vinaigrette or ranch)


1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make a marinade for the chicken.

3. Cut the chicken breasts into long, thin strips. Thread the chicken strips onto the skewers.

4. Brush the chicken skewers with the marinade, making sure to coat them evenly.

5. Place the chicken skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
