Fruit Parfait Dessert

 Fruit Parfait Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:

- Assorted soft fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or peaches), diced

- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional, adjust according to the sweetness of the fruits)

- 1 cup of Greek yogurt or whipped cream

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- Honey or maple syrup for drizzling (optional)

- Granola or crushed nuts for layering and garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the diced soft fruits with sugar (if using) and gently toss to coat. Let the fruits macerate for about 15 minutes to release their natural juices.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or whipped cream with vanilla extract until well combined. Adjust the sweetness of the yogurt or whipped cream by adding honey or maple syrup if desired.

3. Take individual serving glasses or a large glass bowl and begin layering the dessert. Start with a spoonful of the fruit mixture at the bottom of each glass or the glass bowl.

4. Add a layer of the yogurt or whipped cream on top of the fruit mixture, spreading it evenly.

5. Repeat the layers, alternating between the fruit mixture and the yogurt or whipped cream, until the glasses or bowl are filled or you run out of ingredients.

6. Finish by topping the dessert with a final layer of fruit and garnish with granola or crushed nuts for added texture and flavor.

7. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if desired, for extra sweetness.

8. Serve the Fruit Parfait Dessert immediately or refrigerate for a short time to chill before serving.

Note: You can customize this dessert by using your favorite soft fruits or combining different fruits for a colorful and flavorful result. Feel free to add additional layers such as crumbled cookies or cake, or sprinkle cocoa powder or chocolate shavings between the layers for added indulgence.
