Healthy Grilled Herb Kebabs

Healthy Grilled Herb Kebabs Recipe:

Ingredients:

- 1 pound lean ground beef or lamb

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Skewers (metal or soaked wooden skewers)

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2. Take about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture and shape it into a small cylindrical kebab shape. Thread the kebab onto a skewer, pressing it gently to secure it. Repeat with the remaining mixture, forming kebabs and threading them onto skewers.

3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

4. Place the kebabs on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and nicely browned. Make sure to turn the kebabs carefully to prevent them from falling apart.

5. Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

6. Serve the grilled herb kebabs with a side of fresh salad, tzatziki sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Note: You can also add other herbs and spices according to your taste preference, such as oregano, thyme, or rosemary. Additionally, you can incorporate grated vegetables like carrots or zucchini into the meat mixture for added nutrition and moisture.
