herb-roasted beef


 recipe for herb-roasted beef :


- 1 kilogram of beef suitable for roasting (such as beef steak or sirloin)

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder

- 2 teaspoons of onion powder

- 1 teaspoon of hot pepper flakes (optional)

- 1 teaspoon of paprika

- 1 teaspoon of cumin

- 1 teaspoon of mixed dried herbs (such as thyme, basil, and rosemary)

- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat the grill or oven to a high temperature.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, hot pepper flakes (if using), paprika, cumin, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Coat the beef with the prepared mixture on all sides.

4. Place the beef on the preheated grill or in a roasting pan, and let it roast for about 4-6 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the beef and desired doneness).

5. Once the beef is cooked and has a golden and roasted color, remove it from the grill or oven.

6. Let the beef rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin slices.

7. Serve the hot herb-roasted beef as a main dish with grilled vegetables or salad.
